What We Do For You?
- We will call every candidate before submitting him or her to a potential client. We will not send
your resume to a client without speaking with you first.
- The only exceptions might be if we have talked to you recently and know exactly what you are
seeking or we know you are actively on the job market, but are on vacation and if we don't submit you we
know you will lose out on the opportunity to be considered.
- Once we have submitted you to a client, sometimes they react right away indicating interest or no
interest. Sometimes it takes them awhile and we have no control over that, so be patient. We will tell you
what the disposition is on the assignment as soon as we know it concerning you.
- If during one of these transition periods you receive a job offer from another source, please let us know
immediately. We can then contact our client and see if they are interested enough in you to contact you
immediately. Hopefully they will, so you can compare positions and make the best career decision for you.
- In all cases, we definitely want you to call or e-mail us when you accept a new position. We like to
establish relationships with the people with whom we talk and want to continue to track your career. When
another position comes up that might be of interest to you; we can call you and ask you about it. If we
call, you can express interest or decline interest, but that decision is up to you. However, if we can't find
you, we cant help you.
