Following Up with Us is Up to You.

We would love to have the time to call every candidate periodically to bring them up-to-date on the status of our efforts for them. Unfortunately we cannot. We never mind getting an e-mail or telephone call, but we just do not have the time to call you and tell you that we do not have any job opportunities.

We can assist more people and help them find new career opportunities if we concentrate our time on two activities.

  1. Servicing existing clients who have given us search assignments.

  2. Marketing the very best candidates to prospective companies so we acquire additional search assignments.

To place the most people we need to spend about 75% of our time on those two activities.

We try to spend another 15% of our time returning calls to candidates.

The last 10% of our time is spent identifying candidates for search assignments, planning and administration.

When Should You Follow Up?

  • Call periodically or send us a simple E-mail.
    We try to return every phone call and e-mail. Sometimes it may take a day or two.

  • If you have a job offer from a source other than us CALL IMMEDIATELY to see if we are working any assignments for you. The best way you can optimize your career is by evaluating all available opportunities before you accept a new position.
