Contingency Placement
Contract An operating agreement is required.
Fee The fee is thirty-five percent (35%) of the first year's guaranteed, annual compensation for the position which includes salary; any guaranteed bonus amount; maintenance arrangements, company car or car allowances and the like.
Fee Payment Payment is due once the person actually starts his or her employment and is to be received by us within ten days of the start date.
Retainer Required No.
Guarantee We will replace the individual if he or she is terminated for just cause or resigns within 60 days of his or her start date.
Supplemental Candidate Information Not provided.
Interview By telephone or, when feasible, in person.
Reference Checking Client responsibility.
Background Check Client responsibility.
Testing Client responsibility.
Presentation Format We will provide an overview of the candidate along with his or her resume.
Resume Provided We will provide a resume prepared by the candidate and as it is presented to us for distribution.
